Booking and consultation

How to request a consultation, what to bring, and what happens before your appointment is confirmed.

How do I book a consultation?

Use our Contact page to request a consultation, or call the studio. We confirm the best artist match after reviewing your idea, placement, and references.

  • Share 2 to 6 reference images for style direction (not required, but helpful)
  • Tell us placement and approximate size in centimeters or inches
  • Include a budget range so we can propose a realistic plan
Request a Consultation

You will receive a reply with next steps and availability.

Do you take walk-ins?

We are primarily by appointment. Occasionally, we can accommodate small tattoos if an artist has a gap, but availability is not guaranteed.

Tip: Calling ahead is the fastest way to confirm openings on the same day.

Can I choose an artist?

Yes. If you are unsure, describe the style you want and we will recommend an artist based on portfolio fit and the technical needs of the piece.

  • Bring references for style, not exact copies
  • We design original work tailored to your body

How does pricing work?

Pricing depends on size, placement, detail, and session length. After a consultation, we provide a written estimate in CAD and explain the session plan.

What affects the quote

  • Line density, shading style, and color coverage
  • Body area (movement, texture, and healing complexity)
  • Number of sessions needed for the final result

We do not make guaranteed-result promises. Healing, longevity, and final appearance can vary by skin type, placement, and aftercare.

Preparation and aftercare

Practical guidance for your session day and the first weeks of healing. Your artist will also provide a written aftercare plan.

1
01

Before your session

Eat a full meal, hydrate, and arrive rested. Avoid sunburned or irritated skin. Bring photo ID.

2
02

What to wear

Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area. Dark colors are recommended.

3
03

First days of healing

Follow the wash and moisturize steps exactly. Avoid soaking, heavy friction, and direct sun exposure.

4
04

Long-term care

Moisturize and protect with sunscreen after the tattoo is fully healed. UV exposure is the biggest factor in fading.

Health and safety note

Tattoos may not be suitable for everyone. If you have medical conditions, allergies, or concerns about healing, consult a healthcare professional before booking. Our guidance is informational and not medical advice.

What if I need a touch-up?

Touch-ups can be discussed after the tattoo has fully healed. Eligibility depends on placement, aftercare, and the nature of the design.

We will review healed photos in natural light and recommend next steps without pressure.

Policies and studio standards

Clear expectations that protect clients, artists, and the quality of work.

Do you use sterile, single-use supplies?

We follow sanitation and safety practices appropriate for a professional tattoo studio setting, including single-use items where applicable and thorough cleaning protocols between clients.

  • Clean work surfaces and protected stations
  • Careful setup and disposal practices
  • Written aftercare guidance for safer healing

If you have specific sanitation questions, ask during your consultation and we will walk you through our setup.

Still deciding on style or placement?

We can recommend a safer size, placement, and line weight for long-term clarity. Share your idea and we will help you choose an artist and a realistic session plan.

Disclaimer: clients are responsible for design and placement decisions after final approval.
